Company Digital Wallet: official documents on your phone

The gov.pt app now includes the Company Digital Wallet, a new feature that allows you to access and share your company’s official documents directly from your mobile phone, whenever needed.
What’s already available (initial phase)
In this first phase, the Company Digital Wallet brings together essential documents with official validity, issued by Portuguese Public Administration sources:
Company Electronic Card
Social Security Contribution Status Certificate
Tax Status Certificate (Tax Authority)
Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RCBE)
What it’s for, in practice
These documents help identify the company and prove its legal, tax, and Social Security compliance status. They can be presented and shared digitally, reducing the need to access multiple portals, rely on paper documents, or repeat administrative requests.
Cost
Access to the Company Digital Wallet is free, as is the availability of the documents included in this initial phase. Documents that already have an associated fee (such as the Permanent Certificate) will continue to be paid.
How to access
Access is through the gov.pt app, using authentication via the Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital). It is available to the company’s legal representatives and to individuals with duly registered powers of representation. Please ensure the app is updated.

It will also be possible to manage multiple companies and establishments within the same app, with no limit on the number of entities.
